Cozumel Hotel & Resort

A simple breakdown of my visit

After a long day of travel, I found this hotel to be a warm and inviting space. The staff was attentive, and the pool area was fantastic. While the hotel shows some age, the ambiance and friendly service were great. A great location for exploring local shops and restaurants!

It was as expected, had a nice stay for a vacation. I had a great breakfast on the water, the food was fabulous.

Surprisingly good breakfast, we did not want to leave there.

had marvellous and absolutely perfect location to chankanaab beach park which is a popular destination. the staff was accommodating, consistently courteous all the time. the king room was good-sized and brand-new with balcony.

Perfect for scuba diving with great facilities.

The hotel provided great prices. The venue was reasonably spacious, and the meals were OUTSTANDING, I really enjoyed the great location very close to a reef literally 30 feet from shore. I was here for 7 nights and ate at beachside restaurant for morning and evening meals.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool area is spacious and the beach access is convenient. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offers a variety of fresh options daily. Great spot for divers and families 🌴

good if you are a diver-you can go on a boat directly from hotel, good location, breakfast is ok

never met hotel staff so unfriendly, if you want a help-forget it! smile dont exist, you have to prepare before you go near reception desk for bad treatment... they give you a lot of cards and keys( for towels, safe box,breakfast...) if you loose them 150USD each-and that is just what you need-to look after bunch of stuff on the beach

I liked that it was close to downtown

The loud live entertainment in the pool area that started at 8:30pm and didn't end until 10:30pm everynight. The door to the room was not aligned and had gaps and you could every movement and sound as if the door were wide open.

Ideal spot for divers looking for a real experience

Had a fantastic night at this place, the staff were really friendly! I even jumped into a sombrero dance competition and, well, I won. They handed me a bottle of tequila, unexpected but totally awesome!

Worth it in the end.

breakfast included - had to be on dive boat early. Nice dive shop there.

Surprising kindness and great diving

Every morning, we were greeted by empathetic staff. The diving facilities were great and conveniently located. It was like a diving paradise!

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was less than ideal, leaving it a bit too humid for comfort. A more consistent cooling system would have.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel enjoys a great loation and they have done a great job making a really nice beach club.

The service was excellent!

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but not terrible.
